Philip Smelt is a Managing Director on the CIP team primarily focused on the origination, evaluation, and execution of non-U.S. equity co-investments.
Philip joined Lexington as a senior associate in 2011 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was an associate in investment banking. He began his career at NM Rothschild as an associate in investment banking. Philip graduated from the University of Oxford (Hertford College) with an MA in Economics and Management.
