Jem joined Lexington in 2018 from Commonfund, where she was a junior analyst in the hedge fund strategies group. Prior to that, she was a senior specialist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Jem graduated from Pace University, Lubin School of Business with a BBA in Finance.
