Lauren Heller is a Vice President on the Secondary team primarily focused on the evaluation and monitoring of secondary opportunities including partnership and GP-led transactions.
Lauren joined Lexington in 2025 from Percheron Capital, where she was a vice president focused on consumer services buyout deals. Prior to that, she was a private equity associate at Apollo Global Management. Lauren graduated from Rice University with a BA in Mathematical Economic Analysis and a Master of Accounting.
